How It All Started
Welcome to Moonlight Magnesium! I'm Marisa, a devoted wife, mother, creator, and the founder of Moonlight Magnesium. In 2017, becoming a mother for the first time, I quickly realized the immense importance of magnesium in our daily lives — from pain relief and overall wellness to optimal vitamin and mineral absorption. Recognizing this vital need for my family, I crafted my initial batch of magnesium butter during my pregnancy to alleviate discomfort, including the notorious sciatica. The positive effects soon extended to my baby girl, aiding her sleep during bouts of colds and growing pains in toddlerhood. Soon, friends and family were requesting jars of this miraculous butter for their own relief from various pains. Witnessing the tangible benefits of my creation, I launched my first Etsy shop, initially named ShopBumbleberry. Through refinement, market feedback, and diligent research, I perfected the magnesium butter recipe, culminating in the official rebranding of my humble Etsy shop to Moonlight Magnesium.
